We do not accept returns or exchanges for our hair accessories due to the nature of the product.
Perfection is my highest priority. I inspect each item before shipping to ensure your satisfaction. If the product is damaged please contact me.

YES! Please email me to create your own bow! If I don’t have your color of choice in stock, I will do my best to get it for you! I will even send you a proof picture to make sure you like your custom order. Which clip style do you recommend? TOP
Alligator clips are a pinch clip that is used for all of our clippies and is great for baby and toddler bows when the hair is not as thick. Alligator clips are also the clip of choice when you want to attach a bow to one of our interchangeable baby bands.
Snap Clips are great for babies and toddlers with thin hair or if they have flyaway hair. Very cute with appliques attached to them.
French Barrettes are better for older girls with thicker hair or for the bigger boutique stack bows. They also come in different sizes
What is a "Non-Slip Grip" ? TOP
A non-slip grip is a small strip added to the clip that holds better in fine hair. Used on alligator clips and toggle headbands only. Please fill free to ask me any questions about this. Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying? TOP
Yes! I heat seal each end to prevent them from fraying. How can I be sure my bows will hold their shape? TOP
Each one of our bows is treated before being sent out to ensure they hold their shape during shipping. This means your bows will always look crisp, clean and perfect. Should your bow start to lose shape, simply fluff the loops and spray with fabric starch or hairspray if desired.
How are your bows made? TOP
All of my korkers are hand sewn. I do not use wire in my hairbows, I use a heavy duty string. Any embellishments added to bows or clips are secured with the best adhesive available. Although my bows and clips are made with superior quality, anything can happen.

All our products have been tested, and our products are in lead safe limits and thoroughly meet all CPSIA standards.In regard to our ribbon, fabrics, clips, notions (thread, glue, etc.), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Test Certifications, and/or Test Analysis reports show that all our these products are either well below 20 ppm or do not contain Lead or di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP). |
